Bootcamp
High intensity interval training (HIIT) is the new craze in the fitness industry. We warm up, “HIIT” it hard, and cool down. We work with resistance bands, kettle bells, box jumps, body weight exercises, barbells, medicine balls, and a variety of body weight movements
Vinyasa Yoga
Movement synchronized with breath and is a vigorous style based on a rapid flow. Also referred to as a flow class, which refers to the continuous flow from one posture to the next.
Yoga
A gentle, relaxing, passive style that allows students to relax and release the body into a gentle stretch. The intention is to provide support within each pose, making it easier to completely leg go.
Functional Fitness
This class is geared towards functional movement patterns. We work on balance and mobility by strengthening and lengthening the entire body's musculoskeletal system. This class has been proven to help the body work at it's most optimal performance levels!
Mobility
This is not your old school stretching class! We focus on lengthening the muscles and releasing fascia with a variety of different positions and movements. We use mobility tools like foam rollers, lacrosse balls, and resistance bands to aid in releasing tension. A side effect of this class includes better range of motion in your hips and shoulders, resolving pain, preventing injuries, and optimizing athletic performance.
Spin
If you want to SWEAT and work your heart muscle, this FUN high intensity cardio stationary bicycling is for you. We teach each new participant the basics of Spin, and after we grasp the concepts, we turn the music UP and get to work!
Silver Sneakers
This is a fun aerobic class where we turn up the music and complete a variety of different LOW IMPACT exercises. This senior citizen class is a great way to sustain muscles, improve balance, and get a good sweat!
Butts and Core
When exercising it is essential to know how to engage your core and stabilize your spin. Whether you are hiking, lifting, running, paddling, jumping, or even sitting, one should know how to utilize their core. This class will show you how to do that! As an added bonus, we also throw in some great glute exercises!
